* The provided estimated delivery times serve as a general reference and begin from the dispatch date. Any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. When you place an order on the Andfils website, your item will be carefully packed in our lavish signature boxes and delicately wrapped in tissue paper. These boxes are generously sized to ensure optimal protection for your items.

RETURNS
We sincerely hope that you will adore your Andfils order. However, should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, we offer the option of exchange or refund. Our return policy spans a duration of 14 days. If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your purchased item, regrettably, we cannot grant you a refund or exchange.
For a return to be eligible, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging, brand new, unworn, unwashed, and with the labels intact and securely attached.
The responsibility for the return shipping costs rests with you, and you may choose the carrier of your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items with a value exceeding 75€ that you are shipping back, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Sale items
Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items, as sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item you received was designated as a gift during the purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. However, if the item was not specified as a gift during the purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
